I have had various Nectar Collectors in the past and have always thought they are worth the heavy price tag. I most recently purchased the space traveling honey bird, I am sorry to say it broke when I dropped it from roughly 8 inches onto sheet fake wood flooring. I have dropped my NC on so many different things and nothing ever happened, I dropped it on concrete and still nothing. So, when I accidentally dropped the new one (had for only 3 days) onto a fairly soft surface and from such a short height I wasn’t expecting to be out $250. NC is pretty good with taking care of their customers (for their prices you’d think they would) but did not hear anything back from my email. Anyway, just be super careful while they are good quality some will be better than others, that’s for sure.
