Nectar Collector Quality
The Nectar Collector is handmade by human beings. We strive to get it right every time but occasionally defects in materials and workmanship slip through our quality control system and end up in the hands of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your Nectar Collector please contact us and we will see what we can do to make it right. Our mission is the continuous improvement of our product line as well as the advancement of the technology and the techniques of vertical vaporizing. We are interested in any feedback from you, our most valued customer.
Electric Nectar Collector E-Tip
In honoring the Nectar Collector commitment to quality, the Electric Nectar Collector E-Tip includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in craftsmanship on the body and wiring of the product. This limited warranty does not cover the Vapor Tip or Quartz Crystal Atomizer as they are consumable products and readily available for purchase. An original dated purchase receipt is required for any warranty claims.
This warranty does not cover damage caused directly, or indirectly, by the purchaser or third parties. Nectar Collector reserves the right to honor this Electric Nectar Collector E-Tip warranty when the nature of damage is in dispute.
Defects in other glass, accessories, and workmanship will be covered separately, if applicable. No overlap in warranty claims, or coverage, applies between this Nectar Collector E-Tip Limited Warranty and any other warranty real or implied.
